Daniel Vogel

Daniel Vogel is the current Chief Financial Officer at Genomics. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at carwow from April 2018 to July 2020. Daniel was also a Board Member at CompareAsiaGroup, CompareEuropeGroup, Vendigo, and Coru. From April 2015 to March 2018, they served as the Global Chief Financial Officer at CompareGlobalGroup.

Daniel has extensive experience in finance and strategic planning. Daniel led carwow's most recent strategic funding round (Daimler AG as lead investor), their first crowdfunding equity raise (7,000+ investors from 100+ countries) as well as their inaugural venture debt facility (Triplepoint Capital) securing £30m+ of additional funding.

At carwow, Daniel was part of the executive team overseeing 30+ professionals across Finance, Data Science and BI, Legal & Compliance, as well as the OEM business. Daniel is credited with turning the car-buying process on its head and making it more efficient and customer-friendly.

Daniel's experience and expertise makes him a valuable asset to Genomics. With their help, the company will be able to continue to grow and thrive in the ever-changing landscape of the healthcare industry.

Daniel Vogel has a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from the University of St.Gallen, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the same school, an MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics, and a BSc in Business and Economics from the Jönköping International Business School. Daniel also has a Gymnasium degree from Kantonsschule Freudenberg in Zurich, Switzerland.

They are on a team with Douglas Dryburgh - COO, Gil McVean - Founder & Chief Scientific Officer, and Sneha Bakshi - Chief People Officer. Daniel Vogel reports to Peter Donnelly, Founder & CEO.
