Clint Walden

Clint Walden is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in accounting and finance within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Interim CFO, Treasurer, and Chief Accounting Officer at GenOn Energy since January 2019, Clint possesses a strong background that includes key roles such as Chief Accounting Officer at Dynegy and Executive Director at JP Morgan. Prior experience encompasses positions as Managing Director at Bear Stearns and Senior Director of Transaction Accounting at Enron, along with a decade at Arthur Andersen in Audit/Consulting. Clint holds a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy degree from Mississippi State University, obtained between 1988 and 1990.
