Carol Yenlun Huang

Carol Yenlun Huang has over 20 years of work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Carol Yenlun is currently the Vice President and Head of Program and Portfolio Management at Genor BioPharma Co., Ltd. In this role, they oversee and manages various programs and portfolios. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director and Head of Program and Portfolio Management at Genor BioPharma.

Before joining Genor BioPharma, Carol worked as the Director of Project Management at JW Therapeutics, where they were responsible for project management. Carol Yenlun also served as the Senior Manager of PMO at a company called 强生公司 (Qiang Sheng Gong Si) from 2017 to 2020.

Carol has held several leadership positions throughout their career, including Senior Director of Project Management at TAYU Biotech Group and Director of Business Operations and Scientific Project Management at BRIM Biotechnology, Inc.

Carol Yenlun started their career at TWi Biotechnology, Inc. as an Associate Scientist and later progressed to the position of Project Manager and Senior Manager. At TWi Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Anchen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., they also worked as an Associate Scientist.

Before entering the biopharmaceutical industry, they worked as a Technician at Tzu Chi Hospital (Hualien) and a Research Assistant at Academia Sinica.

Throughout their career, Carol has gained extensive experience in program and portfolio management, project management, and business operations in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Carol Yenlun Huang has a diverse education history. Carol Yenlun obtained a Bachelor's degree in Life Science and Biotechnology from National Tsing Hua University in the years 1995 to 1999. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biochemistry from National Yang Ming University from 2000 to 2002. Later, in 2010 to 2012, they obtained a Certificate in Technology Management from National Tsing Hua University. Additionally, they have also acquired various certifications such as "Building Trust," "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers," "Prioritizing Effectively as a Leader," "Leading Effectively," and "从管理者转变为领导者" from LinkedIn, with the most recent certifications obtained in January and February 2020.
