Jae Wook Pyo

Jae Wook Pyo has extensive experience in finance, accounting, and business planning. Jae Wook began their career in 1998 as Manager on Tax Accounting and Business Planning Team at SK Networks. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Korea Technology Industry America, Inc. as Senior Manager on the Finance Management Team. Jae Wook then moved to JNK Heaters Co., Ltd. in 2012 and held the same role. In 2013, they worked at Hans America, Inc. as Financial Controller. Since 2018, they have been at Genosco Inc. as Financial Controller/Director. In this role, they have led the company’s IPO project and due diligence with external parties, converted the company’s 3 fiscal years financial statements from US-GAAP to K-IFRS, established and implemented K-SOX, and managed overall financial activities of the company and its subsidiary.

Jae Wook Pyo obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Hanyang University in 1998, majoring in Accounting. Jae Wook then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Purdue University Krannert School of Management in 2008. Additionally, they have obtained a certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
