Laura Lockwood

Laura Lockwood has worked in the business development field since 2008. Laura began their career at The Jackson Laboratory, where they held the role of Opportunity Development Manager- Midwest and Opportunity Development Manager- Southwest. In 2012, they moved to ClearH2O as Director of Business Development West Coast. Laura then worked at IIT Research Institute as Business Development in 2014. That same year, they joined Horizon Discovery as Business Development Manager. In 2016, they returned to Medelis, Inc. as Director Business Development. In 2017, they became Business Development Manager at Mitra Biotech. In 2019, they were promoted to Director Business Development, West Coast at Medelis, Inc. In 2020, they moved to Canopy Biosciences as Director of Business Development. In 2021, they worked as Director, Business Development, West at Nilogen Oncosystems. Currently, they are the Director Of Business Development at GenoTyping Center of America.

Laura Lockwood graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Eastern Illinois University in 1991, having started their studies in 1989.
