Earlene Clark

Earlene Clark joined Genova Diagnostics in 1990 and serves as Chief Compliance Officer. Her responsibilities include providing oversight on Genova Diagnostics' corporate programs, such as Corporate Compliance and Quality Assurance. Earlene's responsibilities center around ensuring that all activities related to Genova's Compliance Program are conducted according to the policies and procedures established in the Compliance Plan.

Earlene has spent more than 35 years in the clinical laboratory industry. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.
