Jeff Ellis

Chief Commercial Officer Jeff Ellis joined Genova Diagnostics in 2019, with responsibility for the worldwide Customer Touch team. He comes to Genova with many years of experience in building, coaching, and leading sales and marketing teams. Jeff's background covers the full spectrum in the Medical Diagnostics Industry – from point of care medical devices and laboratory services to laboratory capital equipment in both large and small companies.

Jeff previously served as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing with NOW Diagnostics where he built and managed teams supporting sales, marketing, training, customer service and technical support. In the 10 years prior, Jeff progressively moved into positions of increased responsibility at Alere North America, one of the world's leaders in rapid diagnostic testing. Jeff served as Vice President of Sales for Alere's Hospital Division, Vice President of Marketing for the Alere Cardiac Division and then transitioned to running the US Sales Division for one of Alere's partners, Chembio Diagnostics.

Jeff holds a BA in Business Administration from William Jewell College and holds numerous sales and marketing certifications, including being a Certified Sales Trainer and Certified Sales Coach.
