Florent Pons

Florent Pons has over 13 years of work experience in various roles. Florent is currently the Director of Commercial Operations at genOway, a position they have held since May 2019. Prior to this, Florent worked at Kea & Partners as a Director from March 2015 to April 2019, where they specialized in strategy and transformation consulting for European and international companies. From September 2008 to October 2014, they served as a Manager at Stratorg. Florent also has experience as a Consultant/Intern at Roland Berger - France from May 2007 to July 2007, and as an Auditor/Intern at KPMG Audit - France from October 2006 to February 2007.

Florent Pons attended Janson de Sailly from 1999 to 2004. Florent then pursued a Master in Management degree at ESCP Business School from 2004 to 2008. In 2007 and 2008, Florent also studied at Tongji University. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Cultural Transformation Tools Practitioner from Barrett Values Centre.
