Alex Yates

Alex Yates is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as AVP Change Management at Genpact since November 2023, Alex previously held the role of Senior Change Transformation Leader at Slalom Consulting from April 2014 to September 2023. Key achievements include leading organizational change initiatives, optimizing processes, and acting as Global Product Owner for the Change Agility Certificate program.
