Ann Stephen

Ann Stephen (Studden) is the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at DTAI, overseeing numerous HR processes, including goal setting, development planning, and performance appraisal. They have been with Genpact since 2006, serving as a Senior Manager in Human Resources, where they developed expertise in employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning. Previously, Ann worked as a Primary School Teacher at Chaitanya Vidyalaya and Faust Kindergarten and Primary School, and as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Jet Airways. Ann holds Bachelor's degrees from both St. Mary's Junior College of Education and Osmania University, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Airline & Travel Management.
