Brandon Venegas

Brandon Venegas is an experienced professional in process re-engineering and automation. Currently serving as a Process Re-Engineering Supervisor at Genpact since August 2025, Brandon leads teams in redesigning processes to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, and customer experience. Prior to this, Brandon held various positions at World Kinect from October 2018 to August 2025, including RPA / FPR Center of Excellence Lead, RPA / FPR Chapter Lead, and RPA Developer, where responsibilities included driving RPA strategy, providing technical leadership, and developing scalable automation solutions. Additionally, Brandon gained foundational experience as a Junior Software Developer at Intel Corporation, focusing on innovative technologies and programming. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Hispanoamericana, with previous education at Universidad Fidélitas and C.T.P Jesús Ocaña Rojas.
