Emily Collias

Emily Collias is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the consumer goods, retail, agriculture, and distribution sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Genpact, Emily has previously held senior positions at Tata Consultancy Services as Senior Director of the Major Markets Unit and at IBM in various capacities, including Global Client Director, Client Systems Manager, and Director of Operations. Emily holds an MBA in Finance from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Arts in English Literature from Northern Illinois University.
