Harsh Kandakur

Harsh Kandakur is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in various sectors, notably in sales and commercial transformation. Currently serving as AVP at Genpact since February 2020, Harsh plays a vital role in optimizing business processes within the Quote to Bill space, particularly in the Life Sciences and Consumer Packaged Goods sectors. Prior to Genpact, Harsh held progressively senior positions at Cumberland Consulting Group from November 2007 to February 2020, focusing on implementing Contract Management solutions for pharmaceutical clients. Harsh began their career at Wipro Technologies, working as a Module Lead on projects across government, energy, and securities verticals from October 2000 to March 2007. Harsh holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and attended D.Y. Patil College of Engineering in Pune, along with education at Vidya Niketan Telco.
