NALIN SHARMA

Nalin Sharma is currently the Vice President of FP&A and Unit Finance Leader at Genpact, a position that follows a series of progressive roles in finance within the company. Previously, Nalin managed finance operations in the Banking and Financial Services sectors and held multiple leadership positions focused on FP&A and pricing strategies in the insurance vertical. Before joining Genpact, Nalin worked at PepsiCo as a Senior Executive in Finance and Accounts. Nalin completed an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and holds a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, along with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
