Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Genpact, they define and enforce structured change management processes and drive CI/CD adoption, optimizing release cycles to reduce deployment time significantly. Pushpendu has held various roles across companies including Hitachi Vantara, Mphasis, PwC, CGI, Wipro Limited, and Logica, where they developed expertise in cloud environments, automation, and risk mitigation.
