Silvia Dohnanska

Silvia Dohnanska is currently the EMEA OTC Finance Director at Genpact, leading an OTC department of approximately 35 people and overseeing audits, process improvements, and compliance with internal controls. Prior to this role, Silvia served as the EMEA OTC Senior Manager at Marelli and as the Compliance Finance Manager at Adient, where they focused on standardization and SOX controls. Silvia has extensive experience in financial analysis and reporting, having held roles at Johnson Controls, including Accounting and Bookkeeping Analyst. Silvia holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava.
