Nicola Rapley is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Communications Manager at GenPhoenix Ltd since January 2017, where responsibilities include leading brand and communications efforts to enhance brand awareness and support industry-focused marketing campaigns. Prior to this, Nicola held multiple roles at Videojet Technologies from August 2007 to December 2016, including Manager of Global Vertical Marketing and Manager of Global Marketing Campaigns & Content, focusing on the implementation of global marketing strategies and content creation. Nicola also managed the UK & Ireland marketing function, overseeing a team and various marketing initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at Capita Architecture. Educational qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Marketing from CIM and a BA in Journalism & PR from the University of Lincoln.
