Taylor Capito is the Founder and CEO of GenRait, Inc., a position held since December 2021. Prior to this, Taylor founded a life sciences tech startup in stealth mode from December 2021 to August 2022. Taylor served as a Senior Product Manager at Palo Alto Networks from July 2019 to November 2021, focusing on data and productivity solutions. At Cisco, Taylor was a Product Owner from March 2018 to July 2019, leading an Agile Transformation and fulfilling the role of Scrum Master and RTE. Earlier at CH Reynolds at Cisco, Taylor worked as a Business Analyst, digitizing manual processes and significantly improving data visualization and accessibility for stakeholders. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
