GenRock Capital Management is a value-oriented private investment firm that partners with top-tier brands and experienced management teams to build lasting companies and create long-term value. Founded in 2017, we specialize in U.S.-based, control investments in cash-generative businesses and defensive industries in need of consolidation. We focus on investments in the lower-middle market and specifically target companies in the consumer services and business services sectors. We are currently deploying capital from our most recent fund, raised in 2022.
