Rachel GAUTIER

Rachel Gautier has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition and recruitment. Rachel is currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Gens de Confiance since March 2022, where they collaborate with hiring managers, pre-selects candidates, conducts interviews, and establishes performance indicators for recruitment processes. Previously, they worked as a Recruiter IT/Sales at You Are One from March 2021 to April 2022. From April 2018 to January 2021, Rachel served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at EXTERNATIC, specializing in IT recruitment for software editors and startups. Prior to this, they held the position of Business Unit Manager at AUSY from July 2017 to April 2018. Rachel gained extensive experience in the field of open-source solutions as a Business Developer at Smile Open Source Solutions from January 2015 to June 2017 and also served as an HR Business Partner, managing recruitment and HR responsibilities from January 2008 to January 2015. Rachel started their career as a Recruiter/HR at SII from January 2006 to September 2007 and as an Assistant Recruiter at CAMAIEU INTERNATIONAL and Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. in previous years. Before pursuing their Master's, they attended IPAC / INSCAM from 2002 to 2004, where they studied business at the École de commerce. Additionally, Rachel obtained a certification in Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn in April 2021.
