Victor Dauchy

Victor Dauchy has extensive work experience in various roles within the software engineering field. Victor currently holds the position of Engineering Manager at Gens de Confiance, where they are responsible for developing functionalities, contributing to technical architecture discussions, and supporting the product team. Prior to this, they worked at Summit-tech as a Software Developer and Team Lead/ Tech Lead, where they led a team of 10 and conducted job interviews and performance reviews. Victor also served as a Lead Developer for the ACS Project, developing an HA API and administration backend. Before joining Summit-tech, Victor worked at Thales as an Embedded Software and Cyber Security Software Engineer, and at Neopost as an Embedded Software Engineer, where they created automation tests and implemented real-time systems. Victor obtained a Master's Degree in Software Engineering specialized in embedded systems from ESEO and has past experience as a trainee at Valeo, focusing on computer park maintenance and OS migration projects.

Victor Dauchy completed their Baccalauréat degree in Sciences physiques from Mongazon from 2003 to 2006. Victor then pursued a Master degree in Electronics and computer sciences from Eseo, where they completed their studies from 2006 to 2011.
