Emily Zhang

Emily Zhang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as Director of Organization Development and Director of Talent Acquisition at GenScript since March 2021, Emily collaborates with hiring managers to address talent needs. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Lead & HRBP at Legend Biotech, where key recruitment efforts were focused on R&D and other critical areas, and earlier positions as a Training Specialist at both GenScript and Phoenix Contact. Emily's career also features HR internships at Texas Instruments and Ford Motor Company, enhancing foundational skills in HR processes and campus hiring.
