Niying Chua, PhD, is a Senior Protein Scientist at GenScript, leading the design and development of complex protein formats while addressing expression challenges and optimizing antibodies and enzymes for therapeutic and research applications. With a PhD in Biological Science from NTU Singapore, Niying specialized in protein engineering, structural biology, and directed evolution. Prior to their current role, they managed the protein platform at NTU Institute of Structural Biology, supporting various research groups. Niying also gained experience as a Research Assistant at the National University of Singapore, contributing to foundational knowledge in the field of protein science.
