Shiniu Wei

Shiniu Wei serves as Chief Financial Officer at GenScript since December 2020, overseeing the financial management of a large cap biotechnology group with subsidiaries listed on the Hong Kong Exchange and Nasdaq, and involved in diverse sectors including life science tools, biologics CDMO, synthetic biology, and cell therapy. Additionally, Wei holds the position of VP of Strategy and Investor Relations at Genscript Biotechnology since September 2019 and previously worked at Fosun as Executive Director in the Secondary Market Investment Department, managing equity portfolios. Wei has extensive experience as an Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Investment Strategies Fund and has contributed to hedge fund marketing and capital introduction as an Analyst at Protocol Capital Management. Wei holds a B.S. from Nanjing University and an MBA in Finance and Economics from Baruch College.
