Julia Kan

Julia Kan is a Design Strategist at Gensler since June 2021, bringing expertise in design and technology integration. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst in a National Science Foundation-funded program at the University of Houston, focusing on EEG data analysis related to brain synchrony in theatrical settings. Julia also served as the Data Collection Manager for the Design and Augmented Intelligence Lab at Cornell University, overseeing a team and managing data collection protocols for VR and EEG studies. Additionally, experience includes providing career support as a Career Assistant within Cornell’s College of Human Ecology and a Web Content Assistant role addressing accessibility standards at Cornell University Information Technology. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University, earned in 2021.
