Juliette Morgan

Juliette is an ESG Consultancy Director and a global leader in Gensler’s Climate Action & Sustainability practice. In her role of leading ESG Strategy for clients, she brings 20+ years of experience as a commercial real estate professional responsible for asset managing and developing millions of feet across the U.S. and U.K.

Juliette focuses on creating environments for technology and life sciences clients and R&D companies in clusters, including Cambridge, London, and New York. Recently, she has specialised in sustainable development and reporting for a large U.K. REIT and worked alongside a client to achieve net zero on a London office building project, having crafted net zero and offset strategies for the developer.

Juliette’s research has focused on understanding the application of laminated timber and laminated bamboo across commercial scales. She holds a qualification in sustainability management from Cambridge University. Juliette guides her clients with creative and competitive advice that is anchored in commercial deliverability and market positioning.
