Ray Bai（白睿）

Ray Bai is the Co-Regional Managing Principal at Gensler, bringing over 19 years of experience in architecture and design across the U.S. and China. With a specialization in hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use, residential, and convention center projects, Ray has excelled in leading teams to deliver high-quality results efficiently. Previously, Ray held positions at AECOM as Vice President, and at HKS, Inc. as Associate Principal/Senior Vice President, among other roles. Ray earned a Master of Architecture degree from Clemson University, enhancing their expertise in the field.
