Paul Neufeld

Paul Neufeld is currently a Project Manager at Gensource. Prior to that, they were with University of Saskatchewan. Paul has also worked with ENGCOMP for nearly 10 years, where they held numerous roles and ultimately became part-owner and Vice President of the company before leaving in 2016. Some of their key experience includes overseeing operations, business development, and the financial and accounting aspects of the company as Vice President; setting the standards for project execution and project performance for the entire company as VP of Projects; and executing and managing qualitative and quantitative risk and decision analyses as Risk Analyst. As Structural Engineer, they have also performed structural analysis, design, and inspections.

Paul Neufeld has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and an MBA from Aspen University. Paul is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
