Conor Flemming

Conor Flemming is a Vice President at Genstar Capital helping to identify, evaluate, and execute acquisition and investment opportunities.

Conor originally joined Genstar Capital in 2017 as an Associate and re-joined the firm in 2022 after serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Institutional Shareholder Services (a Genstar portfolio company). Prior to joining Genstar, Conor was an Analyst in the Healthcare Group at Evercore in Menlo Park.
