Grace Gu

Grace Gu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fund management and compliance. Since September 2015, Grace has served as Fund Controller at Genstar Capital, where responsibilities include overseeing financial operations. Prior to this role, Grace was the Assistant Controller at Symphony Technology Group from May 2012 to September 2015, managing various finance functions. Grace began a career at Ernst & Young LLP, where as a Manager in the Global Asset Management Practice from September 2005 to January 2011, oversight of audits for a variety of investment funds was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes an internship at Gumbiner Savett Inc. after being recognized as a scholarship recipient at UCLA. Grace holds a BA in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from UCLA and has studied at Nankai University.
