Mike originally joined Genstar Capital in 2017 as an Associate and re-joined the firm in 2022 after serving as Chief of Staff at Enverus (a Genstar portfolio company). Prior to joining Genstar, Mike was an Associate in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bank of America in New York.
