Mark Giltner is a seasoned Real Estate Broker currently with GenStone Realty since March 2020, following a role as a Real Estate Specialist/Agent at Coldwell Banker Top Team from November 2013 to March 2020. Giltner possesses extensive experience in real estate, including REO, commercial, and residential sectors, as well as construction lending and property management, enabling effective client advisement and sound financial decision-making. Prior to these positions, Giltner served as AVP, West Coast at Eastern Savings Bank from January 1994 to October 2013, managing foreclosed properties and overseeing the eviction, valuation, and closing processes. Giltner began a career in real estate as Office Manager for the Real Estate Division at Itt Financial Services from February 1989 to December 1993, where responsibilities included staff management and loan underwriting. Giltner earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services from Arizona State University between 1984 and 1988.
