David Chang

David Chang is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in renewable energy, particularly in offshore and onshore wind and solar power. They have held various significant roles, including Deputy EPCI Director at Hai Long Offshore Wind and Head of Project Development and Delivery at Gentari. David's expertise encompasses electrical and transmission system planning, grid integration, and project management, having successfully managed projects across APAC and contributed to the development of wind and solar plants. They began their career as a Planning Engineer at Durban Metro Electricity and have since advanced through various leadership positions in reputable companies such as RWE and wpd Taiwan. David holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
