Fauziah abu Bakar

Fauziah Abu Bakar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal and corporate secretarial roles. Currently serving as Head of Company Secretary, Legal & Compliance at Gentari, Fauziah has held significant positions including Vice President of Secretarial, Corporate & Support Services at Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Assistant Vice President of Legal & Secretarial at Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan). Previous experience also includes an Assistant Manager role in Group Legal & Corporate Secretarial at Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad and a position in Marketing Communication at Institut Terjemahan & Buku Malaysia. Fauziah is pursuing further education at the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
