Andy Veneri

Andy Veneri is a seasoned Senior Program Manager at Gentex, specializing in Situational Awareness Value Stream programs since September 2016. Prior to this role, Andy served as Project Manager for the Americas Manufacturing Transformation Project at Watts Water Technologies and as Program Manager at BAE Systems, where responsibilities included directing all phases of product development and managing profit and loss for an extensive programs portfolio. Andy's earlier experience includes serving as Principal System Analyst at BAE Systems Information Technology, overseeing technical modernization initiatives for the Air Force. Additionally, Andy held various operational roles in the U.S. Air Force, including Director of Operations for the 36th Intelligence Squadron. Andy holds a Bachelor's Degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Development from Gonzaga University.
