Bernd Cordsen

Bernd Cordsen has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Bernd started their career at Lear Corporation in 1998, where they worked as an Engineering Supervisor. During their time at Lear Corporation, they gained experience in automotive launch coordination and management, including a two-year assignment in the USA and Turkey. In 2006, they joined Magna Electronics Europe GmbH & Co. KG as a Program Manager for Driver Assistance Systems, and later became a Product Manager, responsible for global product strategy development and team management. Since 2011, Bernd has been working at Gentex Corporation, initially as an Engineering Manager, then as a Sales Manager, and currently as a Sales Director. In these roles, they have demonstrated independent leadership in managing the Cologne branch, overseeing personnel, and handling management, technical, and pure sales responsibilities for various automotive and non-automotive clients/partners.

Bernd Cordsen studied at Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven from 1991 to 1996 and earned a degree in Elektrotechnik/Energietechnik/Energieversorgung, specifically a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) degree.
