Brian Brackenbury

Brian Brackenbury has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Brian currently works at Gentex Corporation as the Director of Product Line Management, where they lead a team responsible for product strategies and development. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Connected Products & In-Cabin Sensing at Gentex, driving the development of a new connected product area. Before joining Gentex, Brian worked at Visteon Corporation as the Senior Manager of the Technology Office, where they led new business pursuits and managed advanced development projects. Brian also worked at Johnson Controls as the Chief Engineer and in various engineering management roles, leading global teams and increasing business focus. Earlier in their career, Brian worked at DaimlerChrysler, TRW, Continental, and Nexteer Automotive, gaining experience in project engineering and applications engineering.

Brian Brackenbury completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering at Michigan State University from 1987 to 1991. Brian went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Michigan from 2001 to 2006.
