Eric Dreher

Eric Dreher, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in employee relations, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations at Gentex Corporation since November 2002, where Eric has also held roles such as Employee Relations Manager and HR Employee Relations Representative. Prior to working at Gentex Corporation, Eric served in the US Army from May 1995 to September 2001, achieving the rank of Sergeant in the Multichannel Transmissions Systems (US Army Signal Corps).
