Ran Bar-Sella

Ran Bar-Sella is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and corporate innovation. Currently serving as General Manager at Gentex Technologies Israel since March 2023, Bar-Sella leads cutting-edge AI and deep learning initiatives for the automotive industry. As Co-lead of the Venture Creation studio at thub-Technion, Bar-Sella drives entrepreneurial ventures, while also providing strategic guidance on the Advisory Boards of Alison AI and TYDEX. Previously, Bar-Sella held pivotal roles at Elbit Systems Ltd, including VP of Corporate Innovation and CEO of Incubit Technology Ventures, overseeing innovation strategy and investments in deep-tech startups. Educational credentials include an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and various leadership courses from reputable institutions like Harvard Business School and Tel Aviv University.
