Sebastien Jaeger

Sebastien Jaeger currently serves as the Director of Engineering Project Management at Gentex Corporation, where responsibilities include leading a team of 30 engineering project managers and overseeing over 60 concurrent projects across various engineering disciplines. Previous positions at Gentex include Program Manager for Driver Monitoring and Interior Cabin Monitoring and Sensing, where Sebastien developed product roadmaps and engaged with multiple OEMs, as well as Group Manager for Program Management Europe, focusing on German OEMs. Prior experience at Continental involved project management in research and development for driving assistance systems and planning manufacturing operations. Sebastien holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ISFATES, along with a MOOC in Design Thinking applied to program management from EM Lyon.
