Lead Senior System Engineer at Gentherm

Aditya (Adi) Venuturupalli has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry, starting as a Research Intern at CSIR-CEERI in 2009. Aditya (Adi) then worked as a Trainee in Embedded and VLSI Design at CDAC, Noida before joining Capgemini as a Requirements Engineer/Onsite Coordinator/Test Engineer for Instrument Panel Clusters. At Capgemini, Adi was responsible for requirements management and coordinating with offshore teams.

In 2016, Adi joined ZF TRW as a Systems Requirements Engineer, working on Active Safety in Autonomous Vehicles and gathering system requirements. Aditya (Adi) then moved on to Novi IT, where they worked as a Requirements Engineer for Instrument Panel Clusters, gathering software requirements and maintaining traceability.

Adi's next role was at Delta Electronics (Americas) as a Requirements/OBD Engineer for Electrified Powertrain, where they led a team of requirement engineers and developed and managed the requirements life cycle.

In 2019, Adi became a Project Lead - Electrified Powertrain at Delta Electronics Automotive (Americas) Inc., leading product development activities for North American OEMs and coordinating project resources and budgets. In their most recent role as a Lead Senior System Engineer at Gentherm, Adi is responsible for developing a layered strategy for cross-functional feature implementation and designing a robust and scalable system structure.

Throughout their career, Adi has demonstrated expertise in requirements management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Aditya Venuturupalli, also known as Adi, has a diverse education history. Aditya (Adi) obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, starting in 2019 and still ongoing. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Embedded Systems and VLSI Design at C-DAC, NOIDA, from 2010 to 2011. Adi's undergraduate studies took place at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to these formal qualifications, Adi has obtained certification for their international academic qualifications from the World Education Services in July 2020. The specific certification is called "Verified International Academic Qualifications."
