Brianne Cleary

Brianne Cleary, CPA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in external and SEC reporting. Currently serving as Finance Manager for SEC Reporting at Gentherm since November 2022, Brianne previously held the role of Manager of External Reporting at Meritor from June 2021 to November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Assurance Manager and Assurance Senior at EY from September 2015 to June 2021. Brianne began a career in finance with internships at Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation and Ernst & Young, focusing on areas such as user acceptance testing and benefit plan audits. Brianne holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
