Kimberly Blissett Lemons

Kimberly Blissett Lemons is an experienced executive assistant with a robust background in corporate support, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President & Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Gentherm since January 2018. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked at HARMAN International from January 2008 to January 2018, where responsibilities included supporting C-suite executives in various divisions, coordinating marketing events, and managing logistics for promotional activities. Kimberly's early career included a legislative internship at the Kentucky State Capitol, engaging in bill tracking and committee participation. Kimberly holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Louisville and has pursued legal education at Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
