Krish Suryanarayan currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations Strategy at Gentherm, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Krish spent over six years at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Practice Expert and Associate Partner specializing in Digital Manufacturing and Industry 4.0. Krish's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at General Motors, where various leadership roles included Global Lead for Digital Manufacturing Validation initiatives and managing a North American simulation team that achieved considerable cost savings. Earlier career achievements involved a Group Leader role at Classic Advanced Development Systems Inc, where revenue growth and ISO certification were successfully attained. Krish holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan, alongside BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai and Texas Tech University, respectively.
