Rob Benedict

Rob Benedict is an accomplished technical leader with extensive experience in the automotive engineering sector. Currently serving as Senior Technical Delivery Leader at Gentherm since February 2023, Rob previously held various engineering roles at Visteon Corporation from December 1999 to December 2022, culminating in the position of Chief Engineer, where responsibility included overseeing a global engineering team focused on automotive instrument clusters across multiple countries. Rob's earlier experience at Ford Motor Company spanned nearly a decade, involving roles such as Engineer in Multimedia Innovations and Product Development Engineer, where contributions ranged from developing audio systems to prototyping innovative technologies. Rob holds degrees from Hillsdale College and Eastern Michigan University.
