Simon Zheng

Simon Zheng is an experienced software manager currently serving as a Senior Software Manager at Gentherm, where responsibilities include supervising global software teams and driving cost-effective development through software module reuse. Prior experience includes leading a 20+ member software development team as a Software Development Manager and directing significant software development projects as a Senior Software Engineer. Previously, Simon held roles as a Lead Software Engineer at National Time & Signal Corp., where contributions included enhancing smoke detection systems, and as a Project Engineer at Hughes Network Systems, focusing on satellite communication networks. Early career experiences included software engineering roles at Beijing Wireless Communication Corp. and Beijing Wireless Institution.
