Walter Bogumil

Walter Bogumil is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the entertainment and gaming industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Resorts World Genting since June 2023, Walter previously held the same position at Concert Golf Partners and played dual roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategic Officer at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Additional key positions include Interim CEO and Chief Financial Officer at Affinity Gaming, VP of Financial Analysis at Penn National Gaming, and various finance-related roles at Microsoft, Sun International Resorts, and Walt Disney World. Walter holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BS in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
