Diane Bjorkman

Diane Bjorkman is the President of Gentle Transitions Senior Move Management, a company recognized for being the first senior move management company in the country. With a background in developing and managing senior living communities and wellness programs, Diane brings a wealth of experience to their role. Diane has also worked as an Owner, Managing Director, Wellness Director, and Program Director in various senior care settings. Diane holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Minnesota.
