James Miller

James Miller has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. James currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at GentleBrook, where they have been working since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Senior Services and Facilities at GentleBrook from October 2021 to July 2023. Before joining GentleBrook, James worked at Altercare Centers for Rehabilitation as the Vice President Schroer Property Management from October 2017 to October 2021. James also served on the Board of Zoning Appeals at LAKE TOWNSHIP from June 2002 to April 2019. James's experience in the healthcare sector includes roles at Aultman Hospital, where they worked as the Executive Director of Engineering and Construction from May 2011 to October 2017, and as a Project Engineer from May 1997 to April 2011. James began their professional career at Volvo GM Heavy Truck, where they worked as an Engineer from January 1994 to April 1997.

James Miller obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron, where they attended from 1986 to 1992. James also holds additional certifications as a Certified Foster Parent from the Stark County Department Of Job and Family Services, a Certified executive for assisted living from the Ohio Health Care Association, and a Certified Healthcare Constructor, CHC from the American Hospital Association. Additionally, they are a licensed Professional Engineer, P.E. in the State of Ohio.
