Gentlemen Smugglers is a brand built on one of the most compelling stories in counterculture history. Inspired by legendary outlaw Barry "Flash" Foy and his crew of illicit entrepreneurs, our brand honors the spirit of high-stakes adventure that defined the 1970s and 80s.

These pioneering rebels outmaneuvered federal agencies including the FBI, DEA, Interpol, and Customs - until Operation Jackpot, the opening act in President Reagan's War on Drugs, brought them down. Their legacy represents more than contraband; it embodies ingenuity, independence, and American grit.

Today, Gentlemen Smugglers channels its authentic narrative into an entertainment and consumer goods portfolio.

Our mission extends beyond commerce. We advocate for criminal justice reform and sustainable hemp regulation. We're proud partners of Last Prisoner Project and the Hemp Beverage Alliance.
